Import from China is not an Alibaba cart. For a company anywhere it is a chain: who you pay, factory proof, quantity, quality control (QC), papers, freight, and customs. Papillon is a company registered in Hong Kong. The people who do the work are in factories in China. We run import from China to the warehouse you name when that is in scope.
What import from China actually includes
You need a written specification, a comparable shortlist, a sample you approve in writing, and QC before the vessel. Freight and customs are the last mile, not the whole job.
Incoterms decide who owns the risk. FOB, CIF and DDP are not interchangeable. We price landed cost to the address you name.
Europe is not one customs story
EU buyers need CE marking where the product requires it, plus correct HS and VAT treatment. Serbia has its own FTA with China. We do not copy Serbia Form E rules onto a German entry.
