A China sourcing agent is more than an Alibaba chat. A broker in a mailbox is not a team on the floor. Papillon is a company registered in Hong Kong. We visit factories, check capacity, negotiate MOQ (minimum order quantity) and price, run samples and coordinate quality control (QC) before shipment. The goal is a verified supplier and a predictable landed cost.
Start with a brief: specification, target price, quantity, packing, certificates and date. Then research: platforms, fairs, clusters.
A shortlist of 3–5 then goes through RFQ, comparison and verification. A factory visit or a documented audit is the filter.
MOQ is often negotiable with a repeat plan. A team on the ground can agree a trial run against a follow-up order.
Samples are approved before mass production. Label, pack and colour changes belong in the purchase order.
Put CE, RoHS or other market marks in the first RFQ when they apply. Do not discover them at customs.
Forwarders move cargo. A China sourcing agent chooses and checks who you pay, then QC. We can add freight when scoped.
Serbia is the home market. buyers worldwide use the same on-the-ground process, with documents matched to destination.
Sometimes, with a written next order or a higher unit price. We do not promise a factory will run 200 pieces on a 10,000-piece line.
Send the request: category, quantity, and date. You get a reply within 24 hours, with an outline of the total cost to destination where we can price it.
