By sending a brief you confirm the data is accurate as far as known. Papillon may refuse a project (for example forbidden goods, unclear scope, an unrealistic date).

Until you confirm a quote you are not obliged to order. We also do not reserve factory capacity without agreement.

Sourcing includes work with factories, quality control (QC) houses, warehouses and forwarders. Their errors or force majeure (port closures, customs checks, line delays) can affect the date. The contract defines liability and limits.

Independent quality-control reports are a decision tool. Shipment approval sits with the client unless the contract says otherwise.

Site content (text, design, photo) is protected. Do not copy materials for commercial use without permission. Your specifications and brand materials remain yours. We use them only to perform the enquiry or project.
