Pre-shipment quality inspection
Quality inspection is for a batch that is ready or nearly ready in the plant, when you want an independent check before dispatch. Papillon coordinates on-site inspection against the approved sample and specification, and returns a report before the container is sealed.
Who it is for
Firms that already have a factory and a production batch but do not want to ship without a check. Also when you run the buy yourself and only need a team on the ground for inspection.
What is included
- Criteria agreed against specification and approved sample

What is not included
The independent inspector’s fee and travel. Laboratory testing and compliance marks. Freight, customs and forwarding. Full sourcing execution unless agreed separately.
Goods, samples, courier, QC, lab, freight, duty and taxes are shown separately from the Papillon fee.
