China trade fairs 2027 keep the same halls and the same seasons. Canton Fair still has spring and autumn, each in three phases. Yiwu stays an autumn fair for small goods. Hong Kong Electronics and Global Sources stay in spring and autumn. CHTF stays mid-November in Shenzhen. CIIE stays early November in Shanghai. The day on the ticket waits until the organizer publishes it.
Spring
Phase 1 electronics and machines. Phase 2 home and furniture. Phase 3 textile and fashion.
Spring
Meetings in Hong Kong. The line is still in Shenzhen the next day.
April
Several phases, not one weekend. Pick the category window.
Autumn
Same split as spring. Furniture buyers still want phase 2, not the whole cycle.
Autumn
Small goods. Do not assume it shares a weekend with Canton phase 2.
Autumn
Still the week before the autumn Canton rush. Still not Global Sources.
October
OEM and ODM window. One phase, then the plant in the Greater Bay.
Early Nov
Still an import expo. Still the wrong first ticket for export sourcing.
Mid-Nov
Technology and devices. Not a stand-in for Canton phase 2 or for Yiwu.
The season is enough to prepare. The ticket waits for the published week.
Use the locked 2026 dates as the pattern for which month holds which hall. Do not copy the day onto a 2027 ticket.
Electronics, furniture, textile, small goods, or a device. One of those. The others stay home.
Stands, questions, and the plant you will see after. That work does not need the published day.
When the organizer prints the week, move the hotel. The list and the plant day stay.
Canton Fair remains the wide export fair, split by phase so you do not walk empty categories. Yiwu remains the small-goods market, with a fair week on top of a complex that runs most of the year. Hong Kong Electronics remains HKCEC. Global Sources remains AsiaWorld-Expo.
CHTF remains a technology fair in Shenzhen. CIIE remains the world selling into China. If a 2027 plan treats those two as Canton, the ticket is already wrong.
Locked days for the current year are on China trade fairs 2026.
The request: category, quantity, target price, and what must not change between sample and series. The booth list: who claims to be a factory, who is a trader, what you will ask in the first ten minutes.
The plant day: which city actually makes that phase. Pazhou phase 2 is not a Shenzhen electronics tour. Yiwu is not a Foshan furniture tour.
None of that needs the Tuesday the organizer has not printed.
Hong Kong, Global Sources, Canton and Yiwu will sit in the same autumn window, the way they do in 2026. The fix is the same. One list per day, a real transfer, or you drop a fair.
A page that stacks four logos for one week is a brochure. A trip that stacks four halls without a question per hall is a tired buyer with cards.
Even with the day in hand, the fair does not close the order. Sample still takes about 2–5 weeks when it is not already on the stand. Sea freight is still about 35–52 days. QC is still before the container is sealed.
Landed cost still needs the packed cube and the duty. The 2027 calendar tells you when to stand in a hall. It does not tell you the price on the quay.
We write the phase and the list while the organizer is still silent. When the week is public, we move the flights and keep the plant day. The report after the hall says who is real.
If the category does not belong in any 2027 row, we say so before you buy a ticket. Canton Fair is the usual first row. It is not the only one.
The day waits for the organizer. The seasons stay: Canton in spring and autumn, three phases each, Yiwu in autumn, Hong Kong Electronics in spring and autumn, Global Sources in April and October.
Use them as the pattern for the month and the phase. Do not buy a flight on a day the organizer has not published.
No. One phase, a booth list, and one day at the plant. The ticket is the last step, not the first.
No. CIIE is import into China. For goods leaving China, start with one Canton phase, Yiwu, Hong Kong Electronics, or Global Sources.
Send the request: category, quantity, and date. You get a reply within 24 hours, with an outline of the total cost to destination where we can price it.
