Ecommerce from China is for firms that want to start or refine their own direct-to-customer (DTC) channel for a product they source through Papillon or already own. Focus is a working store, not a marketing campaign.
Firms that need their own online store with sourcing or a product launch, without a full digital-advertising agency service.
Also firms that already have a catalogue, and the sales channel is not yet reliable: unclear checkout, delivery or product-page structure.
We start from the sales flow: which categories, which pages and how the buyer pays and receives goods. Then we set up the store on an agreed platform and enter products up to the agreed count.
Before launch we do a trial order and a check list. The goal is a working store, not a marketing campaign.
Scope is limited so date and fee stay predictable. More than 20 products or a custom theme go as an add-on.
Handover includes access and a short guide for updating the catalogue yourself.
An online store makes sense when product, price and stock are aligned with sourcing. If the brand is not yet clear, brand development goes first. If packing and MOQ are not solved, private label launch goes first.
Sourcing model for the channel: Dropshipping from China. Launch sequence: online store with goods from China. Payments: Shopify for Serbia.
4–8 weeks for store setup.
Graphic design or custom theme redesign, because an existing or purchased template is used. Product photography and copywriting. Paid ads and marketing campaigns. Brand development and visual identity. Maintenance and technical support after store launch, unless a monthly engagement is contracted. More than 20 products or variants in the base scope.
Fees are on request. The quote depends on product family, number of SKUs, factories, customisation, timeline and operating scope.
Optional monthly growth and maintenance is agreed separately, after setup.
Ecommerce from China sets the flow: category, product page, checkout and delivery. It does not pick a factory and does not hold stock. If MOQ is not solved, the store can take an order you cannot deliver in the date written on the site.
Base scope is up to 20 products, an existing or purchased theme, a basic title structure and a trial order before launch. More than 20 items, a custom theme, photography, ads and copy are add-ons. Setup span is 4–8 weeks. That is not sea time from China.
Sea is about 35–52 days after goods readiness. A sample takes 2–5 weeks. Category research 1–3 weeks. A store that launches before a sample promises an SKU that is not yet approved. QC for sourcing execution above 2,000 USD is still done in China, before shipment, not on a product page.
Payment and delivery for the market you named enter setup. Tax, duty and landed cost do not enter theme price. If you import as a company, the agreement from 1 July 2024 needs HS and COO on the lot, not on a single click.
Handover includes access and a short guide. Monthly maintenance is a separate agreement after launch. If the brand still has no name and colour, brand development goes first. If the box carries someone else’s name, private label launch goes first. A store replaces neither of those two.
Before launch one trial order passes: checkout, stock state and the buyer message. If stock is not tied to a real goods arrival, the site lies about the date. That is switched off before ads, not after the first claim.
The platform is chosen by market, not by fashion. Shopify and other agreed systems stay a tool. We do not promise traffic. A basic title structure helps the page be understood. It does not replace copy that describes a product you approved.
After handover you update the catalogue, from the guide. Monthly growth is a separate agreement. If an SKU still has no landed cost, do not enter a price that does not cover freight and duty.
On an agreed platform (for example Shopify or Medusa.js). Choice depends on market and brief.
It is possible to combine with brand development, but they are separate packages in the quote.
The base package ends with handover. Monthly growth and maintenance are optional.
Product entry into the catalogue is included. Stock and sourcing follow-up go through sourcing packages, not this scope.
Send the request: category, quantity, and date. You get a reply within 24 hours, with an outline of the total cost to destination where we can price it.
