Furniture from China is not the same job as small goods from Yiwu. Cubic metres (CBM), breakage and packing decide landed cost more than the piece price. Foshan (Lecong, Shunde, Shiwan) is the main cluster. Papillon checks lines on site, agrees MOQ, and does not release a full container until AQL and packing are closed.
Lecong is showroom belt. Behind it are plants in Shunde and Nanhai. An Alibaba account in Foshan can still be a trader. We walk the line, film, corner protectors, moisture in cartons.
Furniture eats cubes. A cheap chair can kill margin on high CBM LCL. When you near a full 20' or 40', FCL usually wins on unit cost and fewer handlings.
